Deliriant is Shane Renew, from Cape Town, South Africa. With a lifelong passion for music, over a decade of DJ and production experience, 3 full albums, a multitude of single releases on a host of local and international labels, and a career as a studio engineer – he is a well-established artist in an ever-changing industry.
Signed to Solar Tech Records, Deliriant has performed at top parties all over South Africa, as well as a number of international festivals in Australia, Europe, Mexico and more, while his music has contributed to a wide range of number 1 releases on labels worldwide. His sets deliver an energy packed ride, riddled with dark atmospheres, intense breakdowns, clever drops, driving basslines, psychedelic leads and an always solid groove.
With his top-notch production and intelligent arrangement, his music is powerful and driving, yet still provides the listener with a taste of clarity, streamlined minimalism, and a melodic feel. This is music from the future – watch this space.
Artelligent, aka Adam Metcalfe, aka Headroom, is the Techno side of this talented producer and DJ. His sets combine beautiful Techno with intelligent music, taking the listener on a lovely journey. He filled in at Noisily Festival 2016 for Worakls and had been booked again on the strength of that set.
This set is an easy listening Techno journey, slow paced and aesthetically pleasing. Perfect for a chilled afternoon.
And this is just one of the four floors. Check out Connexion New Years Festival 2019/20 for more details on the other artists playing, including Techno, Drum and Bass, PsyTrance and Chillout. AT one of the most beautiful venues in South Africa, Hella Hella Adventure Centre Situated on the beautiful Umkomaas River, in a valley surrounded by mountains. It is sublime. I hope to see you there.

Plusminus DJ set 05h30 – 08h00 Sunday morning at Organik – Gaian Dream. Mike has become a friend of mine. His funny memes and great sense of humour have been a constant entertainment in my life for the last couple of years.
From mistakenly stumbling into the wrong room at parties while intoxicated (hee hee) to catching yellow fever on the way to Vietnam for Quest Festival (Nitty Gritty Guide to Quest), he always manages to have an adventure, and a story to tell.
His sets are well crafted, excellently mixed and full power. Flowing easily through great selections, it’s easy to feel why the crowds love him. He recently formed a duo with Deliriant called Michael/Cera. They, of course, cause mayhem together.
Circuit Breakers is the cohesion of two massive trance producers, Dickster and Burn In Noise, who have been sending dance floors into a frenzy with their energy-filled deep psychedelic sets around the world. Their recently released début album, ‘Fragmented Reality’ is full of driving bass lines, acid drenched soaring leads and cheeky samples like only these naughty knights can do!
People were quite chilled on Monday afternoon at Earthdance, after a long weekend of hard dancing. The music was excellent. I played some good Zenonesque style Dark Prog, enough to get people on their feet dancing but not to heavy to tire them out again.
Was loads of fun. The Zenon style of music is growing from strength to strength around the world, now being featured at most Psy festivals around the world. I see Sensient, head of the label, will be at Organik in Cape Town in October. There are a few tracks and remixes from him in this mix, I hope you really enjoy it to the max.
Earthdance is the biggest charity dance event in the world. Hundreds of parties around the world raise money for people in need and DJ’s donate their time and resources to giving back to those that are less fortunate. Thank you to all of the people that attended, your support provides help for many.

Kyle aka Mowgli focuses on driving bass lines; anxious atmospheres, playful and excited FX, all brought together with tracing jedi leads and high energy instrumentals.
Mowgli is best suited for the nocturnal members of the tribe, coming in at a driving 147 to 152 bpm range.

My Techno set from Earthdance Johannesburg. Set in a beautiful forest near Haartbeeshoek Satellite Station, the venue is on the edge of the Magalies mountain rage, near Hartebeespoort dam. It was early on Saturday at 1am. I took over from a young DJ, named Rikay, who played a fantastic set. He got the crowd jumping!
My Techno sets at Earthdance always seem to go down really well. It winds between harder underground Techno and driving Acid Techno. The KV2 sound system was fantastic, driving hard and with a solid kick. Gavo took over after me and continued slamming it till the close at 4am. Tanks to Terence and Jade and Earthdance for the great opportunity.
